Returns Policy
Damaged Merchandise: All of your purchases will be shipped in a reinforced box, packaged with care with either tissue, bubble-wrap or packing peanuts as appropriate. Unfortunately on rare occasion, no matter how well packed, some items get damaged during the shipping process. For this reason, all our shipments are insured with the carrier selected during the check-out process. As a result, all claims for damaged merchandise must be settled between customers and the shipping carrier they chose during the check-out process. We will assist by providing all the paperwork necessary to file the claim. Due to the limited inventory of many of our products, it may not be possible to replace your purchase.
General Returns: Limited Edition and custom products created under Service Contract are NOT subject to return. All other merchandise may be returned within 30-days of purchase and must be in the same condition as when it was shipped. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility by whatever means chosen. Refunds will be issued within 2-business days of receipt of the merchandise in its original condition.
Refunds: All refunds, whether full or partial, will be issued back to the Pay-Pal account or credit card from which the original payment was issued.
