This is the out of production and very hard to find Star Wars 1:72 scale Kuat Systems Engineering Jedi Starfighter w/ Hyperdrive Ring plastic model kit by Fine Molds. The Fine Molds Jedi Starfighter kit is the only model of this unique ship from Episode II! The word is that Lucas & Co. were so impressed with Fine Molds' work on their X-Wing and TIE Fighter that they basically insisted that the company release this ship as well! This beauty features the same sort of crisp detail that they gave us in the first two releases. Nearly all those brown/red markings are provided as decals to keep painting as simple as possible. And yes, the ship mounts and remove from the hyperdrive ring unit, too. Includes a figure of Obi-Wan Kenobi. The kit was last produced in 2002. Comes new in a manufacturer sealed box. The box has some minor creasing on the lower-right side of the front panel, but otherwise the box is in great condition.
